On-Demand FAQs
I registered for the on-demand package. What happens next?
Once the conference concludes, we will email you instructions to access your on-demand conference content. Please note, this process may take up to four weeks after the live event.
What does my on-demand registration package include?
Your on-demand registration includes access to sessions offering up to 15 ANCC contact hours. ANCC NCPD contact hour credit is calculated based on the actual run time of the recorded sessions and will be available through the posted expiration date – approximately two years after the live event.
While you will have extended time to view and evaluate sessions, we encourage you to watch them as soon as possible. Doing so ensures you maximize your educational experience and claim your ANCC NCPD contact hours before they expire.
Are the pre-recorded sessions offered with full in-person conference registration the same thing as the on-demand package?
The pre-recorded sessions offered with full in-person conference registration and the on-demand package are separate items.
The on-demand package is a package comprised of recordings of sessions presented live at the annual conference. The session recordings are bundled together in this special package for individuals who cannot attend the conference in person but still wish to take advantage of conference content and special pricing.
The pre-recorded sessions included with full in-person conference registration are the specific sessions listed below and feature content not presented live at the annual conference. These sessions are offered to in-person conference registrants as part of the 20 ANCC contact hours they receive with their full conference registration.
