How much is the registration fee? Can I save money by registering early? 
Yes! The registration fee for the full main conference is:

  • $695 – Member Early (postmarked on or before 2/15/26)
  • $775 – Non-member Early (postmarked on or before 2/15/26)
  • $795 – Member Regular (postmarked after 2/15/26)
  • $875 – Non-member Regular (postmarked after 2/15/26)

Is there a virtual attendee option for 2026?

We are not livestreaming the conference this year; however, AAACN offers up to 15 ANCC contact hours of on-demand conference session recordings starting in mid-May and you can register now for a discounted price for the on-demand content. This discounted rate is only available until April 14, 2026, so secure your discounted on-demand content now by clicking the Registration button!

  • $300 - Member Early Bird (register on or before 2/15/26)
  • $450 – Nonmember Early Bird (register on or before 2/15/26)
  • $350 – Member Regular (register after 2/15/26)

How can I join and register so I’ll receive member pricing right away? 
Joining AAACN will provide your member discount immediately. You can join or renew your AAACN membership online at https://www.aaacn.org/membership/join-or-renew; then visit conference registration and follow the prompts. Your membership discount will apply immediately after becoming a member.

Is there a student discount? 
Yes, the student rate is $200 for AAACN members and $250 for non-members.
Proof of nursing student status is required and no nursing continuing professional development ANCC contact hours are awarded. The student rate is for individuals who are enrolled in a professional college or school of nursing and are studying toward initial license as a registered nurse. Please visit the Pricing & Packages section of the conference website for more information. You will need to contact aaacn@aaacn.org to complete your registration.

I’m an AAACN member but my discount isn’t showing up. 
Please check that you are logged in to your AAACN member account. You should see member pricing before you are asked to enter payment. If you are still having trouble, please contact aaacn@aaacn.org to submit your concern and the National Office will help you.

I registered already but forgot/don’t know how to get my member discount. 
Your member pricing will apply automatically once you are logged into your member account. If you registered and do not believe your member discount was applied, please contact aaacn@aaacn.org and the National Office will help you. If you are in the process of registering and you do not see the correct price, do not proceed with checkout; please contact aaacn@aaacn.org and the National Office will help you with your member discount.

How do I register on behalf of someone else (a supervisor, an employee, etc.)? 
The best way to register on behalf of someone else is to print the registration form and submit it with payment via mail, fax, or email. If you are still having trouble, please contact aaacn@aaacn.org to submit your concern and the National Office will help you.

I didn’t receive a registration confirmation. 
Be sure to check your spam folder for your confirmation email. Your email server also may have blocked it. Please contact aaacn@aaacn.org and let us know if you have not received your confirmation email.

I just tried to register online and I’m not sure if it went through/I received an error message.  
You should receive an automated email confirming your registration and payment within minutes of registering. Please contact aaacn@aaacn.org and let us know if you have not received your confirmation email.

I know I have a login, but I can’t log in to register. 
Please contact us at aaacn@aaacn.org before proceeding further and the National Office will help you.

Can I bring a guest? What will they be allowed to attend? 
Attendees may purchase a guest badge for $100, which includes admittance to the Opening Exhibit Reception on Wednesday, April 15, 2026.

Can I make session changes? 
Yes, session changes can be made once your registration has been processed or when you arrive onsite at the conference. You can modify your registration by clicking on the “View or modify an existing registration” option of your confirmation email and signing in with the username and password you used to register. If you have trouble modifying your session selections, please contact aaacn@aaacn.org for further assistance.

Cancellation/Transfer 

I need to cancel my registration. Can I get a refund?
You may request a refund by the cancellation deadline of March 13, 2026. All requests must be sent in writing to aaacn@aaacn.org, and an administrative fee of $50 will be retained, per the AAACN cancellation policy. 

If you are unable to attend for any reason and miss the cancellation deadline, you will still have access to all conference sessions online and can receive your ANCC contact hours through the online library using your conference registration login information.

Recordings of all sessions are available 4-5 weeks following the conference. Session evaluations must be completed by the deadline advertised for the conference. 

I missed the cancellation deadline. What should I do? 

Please contact the National Office at aaacn@aaacn.org if you are unable to attend the conference in person after the cancellation date of March 13, 2026. If you are unable to attend for any reason and miss the cancellation deadline, you will still have access to all conference sessions online and can receive your ANCC contact hours through the online library using your conference registration login information. Recordings of all sessions are available 4-5 weeks following the conference. Session evaluations must be completed by the deadline advertised for the conference. 

Can I transfer my registration to a co-worker if I can no longer attend?
Yes. Please contact aaacn@aaacn.org and provide the following information:

  • Name of current registrant (yourself or your employee)
  • Name of person who will be replacing that individual
  • Completed registration form of the replacement attendee (print the form and write in the margin “replacing [registrant’s name], already registered.” This can be sent via mail, fax, or email (see details below).

How is my total registration fee calculated?

Your final registration fee is based on your membership status, the date you register (before or after the Early Bird deadline), whether you are also attending additional events (pre-conference workshops, Ambulatory Care Nursing Certification Review Course), and whether you qualify for additional discounts (such as presenter discount). You should receive a receipt automatically at your primary email address.

I think I was overcharged when I registered.

I need an invoice so my employer can pay.
Please contact aaacn@aaacn.org
for this request, noting for whom the registration is designated and any other information you would like on the invoice, such as purchase order number (PO#) and billing address. Please note that we do not accept purchase orders as payment. When handling payment via your employer, we recommend making these requests to your employer far in advance since the entire process of requesting payment often takes longer than expected.

I need a receipt for my employer.
You should have received a receipt automatically at your primary email address (check your spam folder). If you cannot find it or need additional detail, such as the credit card information used for the transaction, email the National Office at aaacn@aaacn.org, with a specific request.

I/My facility sent payment a month ago and I haven’t heard anything.
First, please check your spam folder. Sometimes the email is blocked or filtered to spam. If you cannot find it and your employer/organization sent a check, please email aaacn@aaacn.org with the check number, date, amount, and organization name. If your employer paid, we recommend following up with your Accounts Payable department to verify payment was sent.

I need a W9 form.

I need AAACN to register as a vendor with my facility in order to purchase registration.
