ON-DEMAND REGISTRATION PACKAGES

If you cannot attend the 2026 Annual Conference in person, we will miss you! However, AAACN offers up to 15 ANCC contact hours of on-demand conference session recordings available starting in mid-May, and you can register now for a discounted price for the on-demand content. This discounted rate is only available until April 14, 2026, so secure your on-demand content now!

PAYMENT POLICY

Registrations will be processed when accompanied by full payment. If a check is returned by the bank or a credit card denied, full payment must be received by cashier’s check or money order with an additional $30 processing fee. If payment is not received by the AAACN National Office prior to the conference, you must pay the full amount online.

If you requested payment through your organization/employer, check with the organization/employer to be sure they have processed payment. You will be responsible for the registration fee if your organization/employer did not pay in advance. Purchase orders (including government purchase orders) are not an acceptable form of payment. All fees are in U.S. dollars.

CANCELLATIONS/SUBSTITUTIONS

Cancellations must be received in writing via email by March 13, 2026. Send your cancellation request to aaacn@aaacn.org. Refunds processed from cancellation requests received by March 13, 2026, will be refunded to the original form of payment less a $50 administration fee. No full or partial refunds will be granted after March 13, 2026.

If you are unable to attend for any reason and miss the cancellation deadline, you will still have access to all conference sessions online and can receive your ANCC contact hours through the online library using your conference registration login information.

In the event AAACN should find it necessary to cancel or postpone this event for any reason including but not limited to the following: lack of registration responses, venue employee strikes, or Acts of God, AAACN will not be liable for refunding registrants’ expenses. In whatever method the cancellation/postponement is ultimately resolved, AAACN will act responsibly to protect registrants’ investment in the conference and association.
