When do I have to reserve my hotel room to receive the special AAACN registrant rate? 
Conference rates are available through March 14, 2026, or until the room block is full. Reservations received after this date will be accepted on a space and rate available basis.

I’m planning to arrive earlier in the week/stay later in the week. Can I still get the special hotel rate?  
The special rate of $239 single/double, plus a $25 daily resort fee (and applicable state and local taxes), is available for the nights of April 13, 2026, through April 18, 2026 (based on availability). Is smoking allowed in the hotel(s)? 
Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista is 100% smoke-free. There are designated outdoor areas available for smoking.

Will all conference activities take place within the hotel?  
All sessions and events will take place in the Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista, which has been designated as the official hotel for the 2026 AAACN Annual Conference.

What food and refreshments will AAACN provide during the conference? 
Attendees receive the following with their full conference registration:

• Continental Breakfasts
• Refreshment Breaks
• Luncheon (Wednesday)
• Welcome Celebration Reception (Wednesday)
