Is there an AAACN Annual Conference mobile app?
Yes, AAACN has a special conference mobile app! Our conference app sidesteps the traditional route altogether – simply navigate to aaacn.org/app from your mobile device and follow the prompts on your device to seamlessly add our event app (when available) to your home screen. Be sure to opt-in to push notifications to make the most of your conference experience. You'll receive timely updates about sessions, networking opportunities, schedule changes, and important announcements, so you never miss a moment. Notification will be sent to conference attendees when the conference app is available.
How many ANCC contact hours will the conference offer?
In-person attendees can receive up to 20 ANCC contact hours. Additional ANCC contact hours are available if you register for a pre-conference workshop or the Ambulatory Care Nursing Certification Review Course.
On-demand attendees who pre-register for the on-demand content can receive up to 15 ANCC contact hours. Additional ANCC contact hours can be purchased through the Online Library.
Where do I earn ANCC contact hours?
Attendees receive a certificate for ANCC contact hour credit after completing the overall conference and individual session evaluations via the Conference Event Page or mobile app. Information on how to evaluate sessions and receive ANCC contact hours is provided by email to all registered attendees in the week before the conference. To earn ANCC contact hours, you will need to log in to the AAACN Conference Event Page with your AAACN username and password and complete session evaluations.
Is there a deadline for earning ANCC contact hours?
In person attendees will have approximately 4 weeks after the conference ends to complete your session evaluations to earn ANCC contact hours. You will receive multiple emails alerting you to the deadline date.
How do I obtain a certificate of attendance or proof of my ANCC contact hour credit?
Once you complete the ANCC contact hour evaluation forms, ANCC contact hour certificates will be accessible and available for printing at any time through the AAACN Online Library, ensuring seamless access to your professional development records. AAACN does not mail certificates of attendance. If you require proof of attendance or simply a record, we recommend printing your certificates; you receive one certificate per evaluated session. A record of all sessions evaluated also is available on your CNE/NCPD transcript. The information is available in the AAACN Online Library as follows:
- Log into the AAACN Online Library
- Choose “My Account.”
- Select “CNE/NCPD Transcript.”

AAACN will email all registered attendees with instructions to download the handouts via the Conference Event Page which serves as the hub for all conference information for registrants. AAACN does not provide any printed handouts onsite. If you wish to have a hard copy of the handout material, you should print them ahead of time.
How do I receive a copy of the program book for attendees?
AAACN does not provide a printed program book for attendees.
