Registration 

In-person and PostCon Online Access on-demand registration options are available. Full conference registrants (in-person and PostCon Online Access) will have access to all recorded conference content. 

All conference communications will be sent via email. Please provide your email address when registering to ensure you receive your registration confirmation and other conference communications. 

ANCC Contact Hour Information 

• In-Person conference Attendees: earn up to 20 ANCC Contact Hours 
• PostCon Online Access: Earn up to 15 ANCC Contact Hours

Online Library/Mobile App - Conference Educational Materials 

The AAACN Online Library provides extra value for your conference registration.

• Full conference registrants (in-person) receive access to all conference sessions in the Online Library. content will be available approximately 3 weeks after the conference. 
• Session/speaker reference materials will be available to view/download/print in the Online Library prior to the conference.
• Evaluate sessions online to redeem your contact hours.
• After completing the conference/session evaluation process, access your ANCC contact hour certificate in the Online Library any time.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

No telephone cancellations will be accepted. Written notice of cancellation must be sent to the AAACN National Office. A $50 administrative fee will be assessed on all cancellations received in writing and must reach the office no later than March 26, 2027. No refunds will be issued after this deadline. Membership fees are non-refundable.

If AAACN finds it necessary to cancel or postpone this educational offering for any reason, including but not limited to low registration, strikes, pandemics, or acts of God, AAACN shall not be liable for registrant(s)’ expenses.

Payment Policy

No registration will be processed unless full payment is received with the registration form. If you do not receive an email confirming your registration, please contact the AAACN National Office.

Media Release

AAACN occasionally uses photographs/video of AAACN meeting participants in its publications, website, social media, and promotional materials. By virtue of your attendance at the symposium, you agree to usage of your likeness in such material.
