All attendees must follow and accept the Annual Conference Code of Conduct. Failure to comply may serve as grounds for removal from the Annual Conference, in whole or in part and may result in referral to local authorities.
BONUS PRE-RECORDED SESSIONS INCLUDED WITH IN-PERSON REGISTRATION
The sessions will be included automatically with in-person registration as additional on-demand offerings for ANCC contact hour credit via the AAACN Online Library. POSTCON ONLINE ACCESS PRE-REGISTRATION PACKAGES
If you cannot attend the 2027 Annual Conference in person, we will miss you! However, AAACN offers up to 15 ANCC contact hours of PostCon online on-demand conference session recordings available starting in mid-May, and you can register now for a discounted price for the PostCon Online Access content. This discounted rate is only available until April 27, 2027.

CANCELLATIONS/SUBSTITUTIONS
Cancellations of all conference attendance must be received in writing via email by March 26, 2027. Send your cancellation request to aaacn@aaacn.org. Refunds processed from cancellation requests received by March 26, 2027, will be refunded to the original form of payment less a $50 administration fee. No full or partial refunds will be granted after March 26, 2027.

If you are unable to attend for any reason and miss the cancellation deadline, you will still have access to all conference sessions online and can receive your ANCC contact hours through the online library using your conference registration login information.
In the event AAACN should find it necessary to cancel or postpone this event for any reason including but not limited to the following: lack of registration responses, venue employee strikes, or Acts of God, AAACN will not be liable for refunding registrants’ expenses. In whatever method the cancellation/postponement is ultimately resolved, AAACN will act responsibly to protect registrants’ investment in the conference and association.
