The discounted conference rate is available until April 9, 2024, or until rooms sell out. Reservations received after this date will be accepted on a space and rate available basis.
Note: All reservations must be made through the ANIA reservation link or hotel phone number provided above. ANIA does not use a housing agency. No one from ANIA or the conference hotel will contact you to make a hotel reservation.
Hotel Parking
Take advantage of convenient valet parking with unlimited in-and-out privileges or park at the nearby Illinois Center Garage lot yourself. Valet parking is $84/overnight.
Airport/Transportation
Chicago Midway International Airport is 16 miles (approximately 45 minutes) from the hotel. O’Hare International Airport is 17 miles (approximately 35 minutes) from the hotel. Hyatt Regency Chicago does not offer a shuttle from either airport. Go Airport Express (https://airportexpress.com/) is an easy, affordable option. Also, rideshare options are available.
Weather
Typical temperatures in May will get up to about 68 degrees during the day and a low of 49 degrees in the evenings. Pack a sweater, light jacket, or wear layers in the session rooms. We also suggest that you bring comfortable walking shoes for your conference activities.
