Description
Patient priorities care is an approach to care that aligns decision-making by all clinicians with patients’ own heath priorities. The presentation will provide gerontology advance practice nurses with background information, clinician tools, and resources to employ the approach into practice. Presenters will highlight material from a clinician, educator, and research perspective while covering pragmatic approaches for utilization across all care settings in which gerontology advance practice nurses practice.
