A block of rooms has been secured for attendees at the special rate of $189 single/double. Rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 12.5%).

The Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld® is pleased to provide a Resort Fee at the rate of $15 plus tax per day to include (subject to change):

Housing Cancellations:

The hotel is approximately 13 miles from Orlando International Airport (MCO). Taxi and rideshare options are available.  Pricing varies depending on day and time.

Hotel Parking
Conference attendees will receive a 50% discount on daily and overnight self-parking (currently $36 daily).  Rates are subject to change.

Weather
Typical weather in Orlando during the month of September is 89°high/74° low.
Remember to pack a sweater or light jacket to wear during conference sessions as meeting room temperatures can fluctuate. We also suggest bringing comfortable walking shoes for your conference activities.
