She has helped design causal analysis and AI technologies for health care and life sciences in leadership positions at Microsoft, Becton Dickinson, and Oracle. She has over ten years of experience working with causal analysis and AI. Kelly has spoken at numerous global conferences regarding technology, clinical care transformation, and clinical innovation and has been an invited speaker at the American Organization of Nurse Leaders, the Healthcare Information Management Systems Society, the American Society of Healthcare System Pharmacists, and the American Nurses Association Quality and Innovation conferences.
