All in-person pre-registrations must be received with payment by April 13, 2026. In-person registrations received after this date will be processed onsite.

• Full symposium registrants (in-person and livestream) receive free access to all conference sessions in the Online Library. Listen to sessions you may have missed or revisit ones you found interesting. Content will be available approximately 3 weeks after the conference.
• Session/speaker reference materials will be available to view/download/print in the Online Library prior to the conference.
• Evaluate sessions online to redeem your contact hours.
• After completing the symposium/session evaluation process, access your contact hour certificates in the Online Library any time.

No registration will be processed unless full payment is received with the registration form. If you do not receive an email confirming your registration, please contact the ANNA National Office.

No telephone cancellations will be accepted. Written notice of cancellation must be sent to the ANNA National Office (anna@annanurse.org, fax 856-218-0557). A $50 administrative fee will be assessed on all cancellations received in writing and must reach the office no later than March 27, 2026. No refunds will be issued after this deadline. Membership fees are non-refundable. If ANNA finds it necessary to cancel or postpone this educational offering for any reason, including but not limited to low registration, strikes, pandemics, or acts of God, ANNA shall not be liable for registrant(s)’ expenses.

Guest tickets ($100 each) are available for the ANNA Dance Party. Guest tickets are limited to one per symposium registrant and entitle the guest to attend the gala/dance party only. Guests are not admitted to exhibits or any other sessions/events.

ANNA occasionally uses photographs/video of ANNA meeting participants in its publications, website, social media, and promotional materials. By virtue of your attendance at the symposium, you agree to usage of your likeness in such material.
