The discounted conference rate is available until March 31, 2025, or until rooms sell out. Reservations received after this date are subject to space and rate availability. (Taxes subject to change without notice.)
Note: Only make your hotel reservations via the ANNA reservation link or hotel phone number provided above. ANNA does not use a housing agency. No one from ANNA or the conference hotel will call you to make a hotel reservation; ignore any communications you may receive from outside agencies.

Onsite parking is available at the following rates (subject to change):
Hyatt Regency Portland:
- Self-parking - $35 per day
- Valet - $45 per day
Courtyard Portland:
- Self-parking - $43 per day
- Valet - $43 per day
Airport
Portland International Airport (PDX) is 8 miles from the Hyatt Regency Portland at the Oregon Convection Center and 9 miles from Courtyard Portland Downtown/Convention Center. Transportation between the hotels and the airport is approximately:
- Taxi - $40-$50 one way
- Rideshare - $25-$40 one way
Weather
A typical day in Portland in early May has daytime highs in the mid 60s and lows in the mid 40s. The weather is often rainy, so be sure to pack a raincoat or umbrella. Please also pack a sweater (as hotel meeting room temperatures may vary) and comfortable walking shoes for your conference activities.
