Dr. Jones is an Associate Professor in the Department of Anesthesiology and Pain Management at UT Southwestern, where she also serves as Program Director of the Pain Management Fellowship. Dr. Jones completed her undergraduate studies at Rice University, and then medical school at Baylor College of Medicine, as a Rice/Baylor Medical Scholar. She then went on to complete residency training in anesthesiology at Baylor College of Medicine, and ultimately finished her fellowship training in pain management at Stanford, where she was selected as Chief Fellow. She joined the faculty at UT Southwestern in 2010, where she has continued to further her career. She has a strong interest in education, currently serving on the Texas Pain Society’s Steering Committee, and she most recently chaired this past year’s Texas Medical Association’s Symposium on Chronic Pain. She has given several invited lectures over the years, including a Grand Rounds Presentation to the UTSW department of OB/Gyn on the management of Pelvic Pain, and she is delighted to share her expertise today.
