Dr. Clifford is an Associate Professor of Pharmacy Practice, Division of Geriatrics at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Pharmacy in Dallas, Texas. His current practice site is within the North Texas Veterans Affairs Hospital within the Community Living Center (CLC-A), a sub-acute rehab facility, where he works with acute rehab, sub-acute rehab, short-stay care, long-stay nursing home care, and hospice care veterans managing pharmacotherapy for multiple disease states. Dr. Clifford also precepts students on their required Geriatric Pharmacotherapy rotation during their Advanced Pharmacy Practice Experiences (APPE) year.
