Dr. Jeffrey Albaugh is a board-certified Advanced Practice Urology Clinical Nurse Specialist with over 30 years' experience in urology & currently works serving our nations Veterans at Jesse Brown VA Medical Center in Chicago. He previously worked at Northwestern Memorial and NorthShore University/Endeavor Health. He is also a board-certified Sexuality Counselor. In addition to his many publications in peer reviewed journals, books and chapters in books, he is the author of “Reclaiming Sex and Intimacy after Prostate Cancer”. His doctoral research focused on quality of life with sexual dysfunction after prostate cancer. Dr. Albaugh’s has been acknowledged with multiple awards including 2 nursing excellence awards and the patient’s first award from Northwestern, multiple lectureship and literary awards, the SUNA President’s awards for contributions to urologic nursing and to the Society of Urologic Nursing and the Edward C. Kaps Hope Award for his contributions to men with prostate cancer.
