Registration

In-person and livestream registration options are available. Livestream sessions are to be determined and will be announced closer to the conference date. Full conference registrants (in-person and livestream) will have access to all recorded conference content.

Preconference workshops require an additional fee. Preconference workshops will be offered in person only and will not be livestreamed.
All conference communications will be sent via email. Please provide your email address when registering to ensure you receive your registration confirmation and other conference communications.

All in-person pre-registrations must be received with payment by September 6, 2024. In-person registrations received after this date will be processed onsite.

Sessions marked with Rx contain pharmacology content that can be applied toward pharmacology credit requirements. ANNA urges participants to be aware of the NCPD requirements for relicensure in the states in which they hold a license. American Nephrology Nurses Association is accredited as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.

ANNA is a provider approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing, provider number CEP 17499.

Online Library / Symposium Educational Materials

The ANNA Online Library (annanurse.org/library) provides extra value for your conference registration.

Full conference registrants (in-person and livestream) receive free access to all conference sessions in the Online Library. Content will be available approximately 3 weeks after the conference.
Session/speaker reference materials will be available to view/download/print in the Online Library prior to the conference.
Evaluate sessions online to redeem your contact hours.
After completing the conference/session evaluation process, access your contact hour certificate in the Online Library any time.

Payment Policy

No registration will be processed unless full payment is received with the registration form. If you do not receive an email confirming your registration, please contact the ANNA National Office.

Refund Policy

No telephone cancellations will be accepted. Written notice of cancellation must be sent to the ANNA National Office (anna@annaurse.org, fax 856-218-0557). A $50 administrative fee will be assessed on all cancellations received in writing and must reach the office no later than August 26, 2024. No refunds will be issued after this deadline. Membership fees are nonrefundable. If ANNA finds it necessary to cancel or postpone this educational offering for any reason, including but not limited to low registration, strikes, pandemics, or acts of God, ANNA shall not be liable for registrant(s)’ expenses.

Guests

Guest tickets ($30 each) are available for the Musical Entertainment event on Tuesday evening, September 17. Guest tickets are limited to one per registrant and entitle the guest to attend the musical event only. Guests are not admitted to exhibits or any other sessions/events.
