Cancellation/Transfer Policy

All cancellations and transfers must be received in writing.

Unless otherwise stated, the following terms apply:

  • For cancellations received in writing by February 9, 2024, a $50 administrative fee will be assessed and the balance will be remitted to the original form of payment. No refunds will be made after February 9, 2024. Membership fee is non-refundable, non transferable. ANN reserves the right to cancel conferences because of emergencies, labor strikes, acts of God, and insufficient registration or sponsorship.
     
  • You can transfer your registration to another person at any time prior to the conference. Please make the request in writing to Anthony J. Jannetti, Inc., Neonatal Nurses Conference, East Holly Ave, Box 56, Pitman, NJ 08071-0056 or email your transfer request to annspring@ajj.com. Simply download and complete a registration form for the substitute attendee. Indicate in the payment area the name of the substitute/new attendee. Member and non member rates will apply to the transfer. (not applicable with the onsite promo special offers which is non transferable-person or conference).
     
  • To receive a refund, cancellation of your conference registration must be received in writing at the conference management firm, Anthony.J. Jannetti, Inc., ANN Conference, East Holly Avenue, Box 56, Pitman, NJ 08071, or email annspring@ajj.com
     
  • If it becomes necessary to cancel the AP Conference for any reason, including labor strikes or natural disasters, liability shall be limited to a full refund of registration fees.
