Kaylie Guinan is the ambulatory care nursing professional practice manager at Nebraska Medicine in Omaha, Nebraska. Guinan leads a team of nursing professional development specialists who provide support for a large academic medical center, a community hospital, and more than 60 ambulatory care clinics. She has 14 years of experience in nursing professional practice and development and an additional 13 years of experience in the practice area of cardiology. She is board certified as a nursing professional development specialist and has a Master of Science in Nursing degree with an education focus. Guinan is also the founder of the Nebraska affiliate of the Association for Nursing Professional Development (ANPD).
