Cardiovascular disease (CVD) affects nearly half of US adults and requires regular specialty follow-up to manage risk and prevent complications. Missed appointments in cardiology clinics result in delayed care, worsened outcomes, and lost clinical efficiency. This session discusses a quality improvement project aimed to reduce no-shows among at-risk patients through a patient-centered appointment bundle leveraging evidence-based interventions.
