Nytosha Thomas-Bridgeman is an education coordinator for Emory Healthcare. She received her master’s degree in education from Capella University in 2017 and was soon hired as education coordinator for ambulatory care services. She began researching transition-to-practice literature in 2018 and conducted an organizational needs assessment survey. She then assisted in creating a multidisciplinary committee comprised of executives, managers, and front-line nurses to develop content of program. The program was launched for ATTP class January 2019 and she has been the sole instructor since, teaching (2) 4-hour classes per month.
