This session explores evidence-based pharmacologic management of common end-of-life symptoms in older adults, including pain, dyspnea, delirium, nausea, and anxiety. Emphasis will be placed on clinical decision-making, medication safety, deprescribing considerations, and aligning symptom management strategies with patient goals, comfort, and quality of life in hospice and palliative care.
