Gerontological advanced practice nurses can utilize a geriatric screening tool that captures the domains of the comprehensive geriatric assessment to assist in managing the complex needs of the geriatric population. This presentation aims to incorporate evidence-informed, validated geriatric screening tools into a case example to identify deficits and collaborate with an interprofessional team.
