Carly Wagner is a board-certified adult geriatric primary nurse practitioner (AGPCNP). She received her master of science in nursing (MSN) degree from George Washington University and her bachelor of science in nursing (BSN) degree from the University of South Carolina. She has experience as an AGPCNP in neurology and geriatrics after years of work in numerous hospital areas as a registered nurse (RN). She is currently a nurse practitioner in home-based primary care at the Washington, DC, Veterans Administration Medical Center.
