Dr. Monica Dube is a DNP-prepared, board-certified family nurse practitioner and serves as a primary care provider at Beth Israel Lahey Health in Burlington, Massachusetts. Monica has 39 years of experience in health care, with 33 of those years dedicated to primary care. She has served as chair of the advance practice council for Beth Israel Lahey health and has been a senior mentor for incoming advance practice providers. In addition to her clinical role, she developed and now directs the first primary care advanced practice (AP) fellowship at her institution. She serves as adjunct faculty at Simmons University. She also holds an appointment as associate professor at University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School. She has been an active member of the GAPNA for 15 years, serving in multiple leadership roles. She began as director-at-large and went on to serve as president-elect, president, and past president of the New England chapter over a 10-year period. Monica is also an active member of the Massachusetts Coalition of Nurse Practitioners serving as a regional director and a planning board member. She was honored as the 2025 recipient of the Outstanding Nurse Practitioner of the State of Massachusetts award by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
