Courtney Sneed is the director of user research for Elsevier’s Health Markets. Her team leads research for over 23 product solutions for clinical leaders and practicing clinicians, students, and faculty in both nursing and medicine. Their collective research is grounded in customer workflows, where over 421 challenges and meaningful user needs have emerged. She currently serves on the Coalition for Health AI working group focused on agentic workflows and is enrolled in Duke Fuqua's master’s program in quant management, focused on health analytics.
