Sarah Brzozowski is currently the senior director of nursing operations and excellence at UW Health. Sarah has been a nurse for 16 years, starting as a nurse resident on UW Health’s clinical research unit. Sarah has always been passionate about advancing nursing and the science of health care and her dissertation focused on advancing leadership, nursing excellence and an organization’s culture in ambulatory care settings. In her current role, she oversees nursing research and evidence-based practice programming, Magnet, staff resource center and the nursing data analytics team at UW. Health. Sarah is also certified through the American Nurses Credentials Center in as a nurse executive advanced certified nurse.
