Donna Mayo is the vice president of clinical informatics at Elsevier, where she brings over 20 years of experience bridging clinical practice and informatics to advance patient-centered care. She has a diverse background in medical-surgical nursing, telemetry, and home health and is recognized for her leadership in developing evidence-based, technology-enabled solutions that optimize clinical workflows and decision support at the point of care. She is deeply committed to coaching and mentoring, with a focus on developing talent and guiding teams to reach their full potential. Donna currently serves as president of the ANIA Great Lakes chapter and is a member of the HIMSS CNO-CNIO vendor roundtable. She has presented nationally and internationally on leveraging evidence-based practice through technology to enhance care coordination, interoperability, and clinical decision-making.
