This dynamic preconference workshop invites nurse informaticists, clinicians, and technologists to engage in a rapid design-thinking challenge through the NurseHack4Health™️ Tech-A-Thon, led by SONSIEL (Society of Nurse Scientists, Innovators, Entrepreneurs, and Leaders). Participants will form interdisciplinary teams to tackle real-world healthcare challenges using human-centered design, emerging technologies, and clinical insight. Teams will ideate, prototype, and pitch digital health solutions—setting the tone for a week of bold innovation, collaboration, and nurse-led impact at ANIA 2026. Importantly, this experience also provides participating teams with early exposure and preparation for future innovation funding opportunities, including pathways to apply for grant funding through the 2026 NurseHack4Health™️ Pitch-A-Thon. By engaging in the NurseHack4Health™️ ecosystem, participants gain insight into what funders look for, strengthen their innovation readiness, and build solutions aligned with real-world implementation and impact.
