Brooke Mielkie is a manager of clinical informatics at SSM Health. She has been a nurse for 14 years, with 10 years of experience as an informatics nurse with training in project management and Lean Six Sigma and Epic certification in clinical informatics. She has experience in EHR conversions, conversion for departments from paper to electronic process, change management through tissue triage and resolution, development of testing scripts and events, lead projects incorporating innovative and best practice workflows, and currently leadership of a team of informaticists who help support the clinicians with best practice workflow.
