With the demand for more technology to support clinician workflows, jobs within the nursing informatics field are in demand. Students within nursing informatics programs reach out for a practicum but are often held up from graduating because they are unable to secure one. This workshop will discuss securing a practicum, searching for a particular position in nursing informatics, tailoring the job wanted within an individual resume, and navigating once the hiring process is complete.
