In the United States, the number of individuals who identify as Gender Non-Conforming/Gender Diverse has increased over the past decade, consequently increasing the demand of individuals who are seeking Gender Affirming Surgery. Given the complexity of these procedures, a multi-disciplinary team is utilized to not only provide optimal aesthetic outcomes but also functionality. This panel will discuss the urologic considerations and management of complications following Gender Affirming Bottom Surgery.
