The relationship between ICH CAHPS scores, patient outcomes, and CMS Quality Incentive will be highlighted. How data-driven insights, leadership rounding using Qualtrics, and targeted coaching/workgroups influence patient experience will be discussed. Attendees will learn to apply strategies for integrating patient feedback into daily nursing workflows to improve adherence, reduce missed treatments, and enhance overall patient satisfaction.
