These presenters return by audience request to cover the multifaceted topic of malpractice.  Emphasis will be on high-risk litigation situations such as driving after dialysis, falls in and outside of the unit (this includes the parking lot!), and IV push medications administered by patient care technicians (Some states currently permit them to administer heparin).  Discussion will include some case examples.  Presenters will point out implications for ALL nephrology nurses.  You won't want to miss this!
