Dr. Angela Pascale is a research analyst at Press Ganey Associates. In her role, she advances analytic and research initiatives focused on improving healthcare quality, patient experience, and nursing workforce outcomes across ambulatory and inpatient care settings. Her work centers on advancing the science of nursing-sensitive indicators and translating those findings into actionable evidence-based insights for health system leaders. Dr. Pascale received her PhD degree in medical psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University and has more than 8 years of experience in health research, analytics, and quality improvement. She is active in collaborative research initiatives that generate data-driven insights into how the nursing work environment shapes care quality and she has disseminated this work through reports, peer-reviewed publications, and national conference presentations.
