Natalie Zavala is currently an operations manager for Kaiser Permanente (KP), part of the Southern California Permanente Medical Group's regional ambulatory clinical services department. She is a key member of the leadership team responsible for the oversight of KP Southern California's regional centralized allergen mixing center and ambulatory wound care program. She has leveraged her 11 years of healthcare experience in operations, consulting, and project management to help lead the strategy, planning, and execution of the regional centralized allergen mixing center and ambulatory wound care program. Natalie earned her bachelor's degree in human development from the University of California San Diego and her master's degree in public administration, health administration from California State University, Northridge.
