Allison Ludzia currently serves as a staff nurse at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP), where she co-chairs the quality improvement/quality assurance committee and is a contributing member of a workgroup developing virtual urgent care appointments. In addition to her role at CHOP, Allie is the director of nursing at a small surgical center specializing in skin cancer removal and facial plastic reconstruction. Allie earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Rutgers University in 2007 and is currently pursuing her master's degree with a focus in nursing education. Her clinical expertise lies in pediatric and surgical nursing. Currently, Allie is closely involved in CHOP's quality improvement efforts, helping lead the creation of a standardized peer review process for telehealth triage.
