Dr. Margaret LaFashia is a healthcare leader and clinical educator with nearly 25 years of experience spanning both domestic and international settings. She currently serves as the director of workforce development at Nemours Children's Health. Dr. LaFashia holds a bachelor's degree in business and an MBA degree from Temple University, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Delaware, and a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), Executive Track, degree from the University of Indianapolis.
