Tera Bartelt is the director of ambulatory clinical practice at Children's Wisconsin. She has been at Children's for 25 years, serving as an ambulatory care CNS, manager of the complex care clinic, and now the director of the complex care clinic. Tera has been a member of the Leadership SIG and the Pediatrics SIG and has been on the pediatric advisory committee for 2 years. She also participated in the updating of the role of the ambulatory care nurse paper.
