Name
OD13: Stress, Coping, and Preferences for Wellness Interventions among Persons Living with Heart Disease
Speakers
Description
Because chronic stress is associated with increased risk of cardiovascular disease, advances in nurse-led interventions must be supported by a thorough understanding of stress, coping, and person-centered priorities to promote overall well-being. This session will discuss stress, coping, and well-being and preferences for non-pharmacologic interventions for well-being among persons living with heart disease (PwHD) and their care partners.
