This session will outline an initiative to increase ambulatory caregiver access to public safety resources and confidence in managing patients/visitors being physically and/or verbally aggressive via the efforts of an interprofessional team comprised of nurses, operations, public safety, physicians, legal, risk management, patient relations, peer supporters, and front-line caregivers.
