Delivering a consistently high-quality patient experience is a foundational element of effective, patient-centered health care. In an increasingly integrated and complex care environment, scalable and sustainable best practices are essential to drive system-wide engagement, accountability, and measurable outcomes. This session describes the development and implementation of clinical best practices across an integrated medical group which led to sustained improvements in patient experience scores. Discussion will include how an implemented initiative to exceed RN/MA communication benchmarks applied a three-pronged strategy: staff education, EMR enhancements, and accountability tools. The data-driven approach raised scores to 95.5, showcasing a scalable model for embedding patient experience into clinical excellence across complex care environments through standardized workflows, real-time metrics, and system-wide engagement.
