Kathleen Martinez has been a pediatric nurse for 30 years and has worked in ambulatory care for over 20 years. She is a past president of AAACN. She has served as a member of the AAACN ambulatory care nursing sensitive indicators task force and collaborated on the “Ambulatory Care Nursing Sensitive Indicators" article published in Nursing Economic$ on The Role of the RN in Ambulatory Care Position Statement and has presented at numerous AAACN conferences. She is also a certified EBP mentor through CTEP, the Center for Transdisciplinary Evidence-Based Practice.
