Katharine Green works in clinical quality and data management for the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Putnam Medical Group at Southwestern Vermont Health Care. She received her bachelor's degree in nursing from Simmons University in Boston, MA and her master’s in nursing from Southern New Hampshire University in Manchester, NH. She joined SVMC in 2010 and has worked as a registered nurse across the health system. Katharine is a member of AAACN, AONL, ONL of MA, RI, CT, NH, and VT and participates in collaborative projects to advance alternative payer models in Vermont and transform care management functionality in the EMR space.
