Dr. Lynn D’Angelo is director of ambulatory clinical excellence and has oversight for UMass Memorial Medical Center ambulatory care clinics for clinical practice, education, quality, and regulatory. She received her doctor of nursing practice degree in executive nursing from MGH Institute of Health Professions in Boston. Lynn is an experienced nurse leader with over 20 years of experience dedicated to clinical excellence and continuous quality improvement to actualize exceptional outcomes. In her current role, Lynn has designed quality programs and performance improvement initiatives focused on just culture, high reliability, and zero harm. Additionally, Lynn is the co-chair of the membership committee for the Organization of Nurse Leaders in MA, RI, CT, NH, and VT.
