Beth Sparks is the senior director for the Vanderbilt walk-in clinics and the Vanderbilt Walgreens retail health clinics in Nashville, Tennessee. Beth has been a nurse for 20 years and has worked in the ambulatory space for the last eleven of those years. Beth has a master's degree in nursing management and leadership. She is the co-chair of the ambulatory care workplace violence prevention committee at Vanderbilt as well as the co-chair of the AAACN workplace safety task force.
