Brandon Janco is the senior manager, business practice of telehealth nursing, and an experienced manager in the healthcare industry. He has been working at Emory Healthcare for over 7 years. Most recently, Brandon has been supporting telehealth nursing at Emory where he specializes in lean process improvement, care management, teams, workflows, and care models. Brandon continues to work on improving the patient telehealth experience while working to make significant process improvements across a large academic system. Brandon graduated with a bachelor's degree from Georgia Southern University, and he is a project management Institute certified project management professional (PMP). Brandon presented his work in telehealth nursing in the 2024 AAACN Conference.
