Dr. Margo Halm is the official AAACN nurse scientist and has more 30+ years of experience. As a doctorally prepared CNS and nurse scientist for over 35 years, she has been disseminating scholarly content through abstracts, posters, podium presentations, and publications in refereed journals in a wide spectrum of nursing and healthcare organizations and refereed journals. In her professional roles, she has enjoyed mentoring nurses and interprofessional teams in learning the variety of skills associated with dissemination venues. She teaches an annual evidence-based practice fellowship program mentoring nurses in learning the steps of EBP and applying this learning to their executed fellowship projects.
