Susan Erickson has nearly 40 years of experience working in ambulatory care, primary care, and medical specialty and has worked in operations and nursing leadership for the last 28 years, with 17 years focused on Kaizen/lean training and utilization of best practice standards. She has 4 years of experience as director of nursing and 2 years of experience as associate director of nursing. Susan is a member of the primary care quality executive committee, which is responsible for hypertension quality for primary care in southeast Minnesota.
