Dr. Kemi Reeves is the associate director of the UCLA Alzheimer's and dementia care program, where she oversees clinical operations to ensure compliance with both organizational and regulatory agency standards. Her commitment to patient advocacy is at the heart of her work as a dementia care specialist, where she addresses the complex needs of individuals living with dementia and their caregivers. Dr. Reeves also serves as the inaugural director of nursing health care equity for the UCLA Health System. In this role, she works with partners across the health system to ensure a strong alignment between nursing practice and the strategic priorities for organizational health care equity.
